IN-PERSON WORKSHOP
A remote workshop is a workshop conducted online, where
participants, speakers, and organizers are in different physical
locations.
GUIDELINES
Before the Workshop
- Determine the number of days/hours needed for the workshop
- Decide on dates and times
- Providing the name of the workshop, dates, expected participants to the Girlscript team.
- Maintaining a report and providing registration details of the participants to the Girlscript team
- Promote/advertise the workshop
Contact Speakers
- Discuss their availability
- Invite instructors to come a few minutes before the event to test the equipment available for the workshop.
During the Workshop
- Make sure technical support is available to contact during the workshop.
- Keep a list of questions that need to be followed up after the workshop.
- Provide workshop evaluations to participants to complete after the end of the workshop
- Distribute certificates to attendees
An in-person workshop is any workshop where participants, speakers,
and organizers, all meet in the same physical location. Participants
can work together in teams and support from coaches is done
face-to-face.
These workshops will be conducted only when the conditions are safe and under covid-19 guidelines

GUIDELINES
Before the workshop
- Provide guidelines/requirements to participants in advance of training or meetings so they know what to expect.
- Make sure chairs or benches should be spaced at least 2 meters apart.
- Ask attendees to commit to a safety code of conduct.
- Encourage frequent use of the hygiene stations, including upon entry into the training or meeting venue.
- Keep a list of questions that need to be followed up after the workshop.
- Provide workshop evaluations to participants to complete after the end of the workshop.
- Distribute certificates to attendees
